Donation information

Note that Oceania association is a nonprofit organization governed by the French law 1901, authorized to issue tax-deductible donation certificates if you make a donation of over 100 EUR and you are an individual or a professional residing in metropolitan France or a Polynesian company.

For an individual in metropolitan France:

– Deduction from taxable income up to 66% of the donation amount
– Limited to 20% of the taxable income

For a metropolitan company:

– Deduction from taxable income up to 60% of the donation amount
– Limited to 5 per thousand of the turnover

For a Polynesian company:

– Deduction from taxable income up to 100% of the donation amount
– Limited to 3 per thousand of the turnover.
