Oceania

Oceania is a nonprofit organization based on the island of Moorea in French Polynesia. Oceania’s mission is to secure the future of cetaceans through year-round in-depth studies.

Oceania’s research programs aim to value the diversity within the Polynesian sanctuary, identify the threats faced by cetaceans, and develop conservation strategies to ensure their long-term survival. Oceania is also actively involved in environmental events to raise awareness among the broader public about the protection of these emblematic species.
